He is the Lord who preserved His people in the dispersion's. The eternal Son has subdued all godless kings. He came in the divine incarnation to curse the civil rulers and religious system bringing the Old Testament saints on the train of His flowing robe to eternal heaven. He healed the sick and exalted the righteous in establishing David throne. 53 He has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty.54 He has helped his servant Israel,remembering to be merciful55 to Abraham and his descendants forever,even as he said to our fathers." He is the perfect covenant representative who made the pronouncements yea and amen. Mary is pronouncing the old testament axioms representing mothers as governors of all generations.Do you understand the mother Mary is speaking the kings pronouncements.
