Ps 9 1 I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart;I will tell of all your wonders.2 I will be glad and rejoice in you;I will sing praise to your name, O Most High." The ideal world is a history of eternal redemption. God proves divine sovereignty by overturning sin and violent destruction. The Old Testament typically obtain historical accounts of God satisfactorily accomplishing whatever He sincerely desires. God records all the historical accounts graciously according to His view. The Most High pronounced the history of the ideal world in law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises. We pronounce our foreseeable future to carefully write the continual wonders performed in our history.

9 5 You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked;you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.6 Endless ruin has overtaken the enemy, you have uprooted their cities;even the memory of them has perished." God designed the ideal world in His eternal counsel according to law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises. Everything is predetermined in the continual recreation graciously according to the authoritative pronouncements. Our organized opposition was eliminated in Gods eternal counsel by the fierce curses. We are clearly pronouncing what has already been determined.

9 7 The Lord reigns forever;he has established his throne for judgment.8 He will judge the world in righteousness;he will govern the peoples with justice." When the Psalmist eliminates organized opposition in the eternal curse, candidly confesses God has never lowered His divine justice. Gods righteousness is pronounced in the axioms to unify the world. When we pronounce the axioms, we experience the domination of God. God laughs at the organized opposition by passionately declaring He reigns!

9 9 The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,a stronghold in times of trouble.10 Those who know your name will trust in you,for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you." God afflicted man with self-destructive desires to redefine law. God reasonably requires us to carefully approach Him according to the authoritative pronouncements. He delivered a secure defense. The kings pronouncements cannot be contained by time or space. We dominate the world by beseeching God in pronouncements.

9 11 Sing praises to the Lord, enthroned in Zion;proclaim among the nations what he has done.12 For he who avenges blood remembers;he does not ignore the cry of the afflicted." The divine justice of God is swift and fearful. We bring God down when we unjustly accuse Him of being slow in vindicating Himself. God accurately determined swift judgement in His eternal counsel. He divinely revealed the reasonable pronouncements in accurately determining swift justice. We are clearly pronouncing the vengeance already enacted.

9 13 O Lord, see how my enemies persecute me!Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death,
14 that I m"9 17 The wicked return to the grave, all the nations that forget God.18 But the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the afflicted ever perish." That I may declare your praises in the gates of the Daughter of Zion and there rejoice in your salvation." The pronouncements create unity of heaven and earth. We pronounce the governments of heaven eliminate all opposition. The authoritative pronouncements are shouted triumphantly from the most superior authorities on the earth.

"9 17 The wicked return to the grave, all the nations that forget God.18 But the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the afflicted ever perish."
God bitterly cursed wicked sinners with spiritual death. He was gracious to conceal them to the terrible affliction they ill endure. If God opened their eyes, they would be sifted in a second.God gave the saints a gift to control the blind world. He made the saints supernatural rulers through implanted law and necessary knowledge of sin. Our sore affliction is moral judgement on the wicked. We free the wicked when we forcibly pull the on their leash by the terrible curses.

9 19 Arise, O Lord, let not man triumph;let the nations be judged in your presence.20 Strike them with terror, O Lord;let the nations know they are but men." God gave us authoritative pronouncements to unify the world promptly returning to the creation covenant. We have divine unity in pronouncing the continuous line of blessing and cursing. In naturally becoming their own god, economically devastate the world and commit suicide. We deliver the world by pronouncing judgement. God judges the nations securing the blessing and cursing together.
