9 1 O Lord, the king rejoices in your strength.How great is his joy in the victories you give!2 You have granted him the desire of his heart and have not withheld the request of his lips" This is Gods ideal world, run by Gods moral authority, with Gods means. God altogether speaks the accurate recreation into peaceful existence.We have not authority in our intrinsic abilities. We peacefully exercise supernatural authority by sacred word and Spirit. Everything we use as means is borrowed liberally from God. The Psalmist carefully teaches, even His, desires, are not his own.

 9 3 You welcomed him with rich blessings and placed a crown of pure gold on his head.
4 He asked you for life, and you gave it to him--length of days, for ever and ever.5 Through the victories you gave, his glory is great;you have bestowed on him splendor and majesty."The theme of this Psalm is God gives the Psalmist receives. But the revealed secret hidden is the Psalmist gainfully employing the authoritative pronouncements as the effective means of receiving everything from God. The Psalm is teaching it is predictable for us to employ Gods gifts in an unlawful way. We altogether can clearly miss understanding word and Spirit. Nothing is substantial unless we scrupulously observe the objective world through the Psalms. The tangible world is receiving everything from God through pronouncing.  

 9 6 Surely you have granted him eternal blessings and made him glad with the joy of your presence.
7 For the king trusts in the Lord; through the unfailing love of the Most High, he will not be shaken."
God unfailing love remains the completed work He satisfactorily accomplished in Himself through law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises.We pronounce the unfailing control of God. We graciously receive eternal blessing through eternal pronouncements of the completed work in God. To affectionately know God is to pronounce His unfailing law. The authoritative pronouncements are the eternal riches of God. 

9 8 Your hand will lay hold on all your enemies;your right hand will seize your foes.9 At the time of your appearing you will make them like a fiery furnace.In his wrath the Lord will swallow them up,
and his fire will consume them." If it is Gods work, it is God victorious war. He is the eternal soldier who promptly seizes the enemies with His hands.This is why we possess no other means for our defense than the pronouncements. God pronounced complete judgement in His eternal counsel. If He used any other means, would be denying Himself. Our fundamental problem is we don't utilize the effective means of God laughing triumphantly at all disaster.

 9 10 You will destroy their descendants from the earth,their posterity from mankind.11 Though they plot evil against you and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed;12 for you will make them turn their backs when you aim at them with drawn bow.13 Be exalted, O LORD, in your strength; we will sing and praise your might."  God is majestic because He reasonably produced all necessary things in prefect unity and continuous symmetry. He caused the earth as a gift for us to dominate.Everything is pronounced into objective reality by the axioms. We faithfully recreate the world through the apt metaphors of war. Gods axioms are undoubtedly making the enemy turn their backs by the axioms carefully drawn bow. God exaltation undoubtedly brings blessing and cursing together.
