The Psalmist declares since God implanted law in man, he desires to do the will of God.But since God cursed man, his body and soul were severely damaged. Now we live according to our rudimentary experience. Therefore since we limit God, He returned our authority over the earth the kings eternal pronouncements. Now we exercise eternal authority over the earth. We pronounce law, covenants, curses, statues and promises to unite our desires with Gods. This is why the Psalmist declares God will do more than we could ask or think. Salvation is too great for us to imagine and the curses are far worse than we could think. We react to the events in our lives through the pronouncements, law, covenants, curses, decrees and statutes. God creates our desires and causes.
