Using these means direct us about ourselves so we aren't presuming on God. Because in our natural understanding we're presumptuous. Accordingly, we need seeing the light of verity in His light. We're naturally born with rudimentary knowledge that presumes that deliverance isn't as detailed as Gods horizonless knowledge. Thats why the Psalmist said, I believe, thus, I said, I'm greatly tormented". Exorbitantly fussing about presuming may be the result of vainly trying to negotiate these insolvable effects without understanding our hopeless need to depend upon Him for godly illumination. Its crucial part of our moral nature to naturally suppose His dominies remission is more laborious to be duly applied to us than it is. That He's only faithful when we're doing commodity pleasing, and we're more professed following religion by our daunting experience of doing the right thing.
