I believe there is value in focusing on your anxious responses both emotionally and physically. But we naturally think that some possible things we do seem to genuinely have a direct relationship obtaining the eternal rest we are intentionally seeking. It's mutually interesting to me that we focus so much on our memorable fight to not be anxious with the potential end in the active exercise to not being anxious. But this is short circuiting the cognitive process of stimulating our cultivated minds as something that adequately trains the determined will in this indirect way. Before we voluntarily choose to move in a specific direction we have in our private possession the active world of our meta physical actions. Our unbiased minds are really the choosing mechanism, not the necessary will itself.

This is why our preoccupied minds can be our bullish trader. They can remain our most principal enemy. If we inadvertently allow a vindictive enemy to ourselves before we choose subsequently, we will be living our lives through other people. Nothing will be prudently decided by the personal experience of what we are delighted with, but we will be like personal robots impatiently expecting the next guru. This is why the bible communicates an anti intuitive way of choosing with our minds. Because we are unduly prejudiced to scarcely comprehending the personal universe as a spiritual journey but a responsive decider in choice alone.

Our active minds remain the exclusive way we vicariously experience unalloyed pleasure. Unalloyed pleasure is based upon what we accurately distinguish rather than how we can suffer ourselves into a vulnerable state with no active thoughts. Which is an apparent impossibility. To not, to think intelligently is to be dead. But every thought properly contains a spiritual component in it. Our creative minds are a reflection of which we are by what God consciously determines in the meaningful experience. We can merely enjoy cheerful thoughts controlled by God. The basis for resting from our own anxiety is accurately reflecting divine thoughts after God.
