From before the foundation of the world God uniquely designed all things in His eternal counsel. This Psalm is teaching God efficiently produced everything by speaking it into peaceful existence. He gave life by the divine breath of His mouth.Everything that God created is given the desire to survive over wanting to die. In this comforting sense even sin is realistically accomplished to find mutual protection to ones self. Because everything in the world is morally corrupted and is unacceptable to God.  

I have thought about this for years and I genuinely believe the standard of flawless perfection in this imperfect world remains the continuous line of blessing and cursing. Every responsible person is incompetent in complying with this standard. I don't believe our desires sufficiently expressed as we react in social relationships are based in consensual reality. I believe we can only trust that God works all things at all  times by inseparably uniting the eternal curses and the divine blessing. This is the comparative context of Gods creative power being breathed in the creation and sustaining of all things. Put differently because we are morally corrupted, our sincere desires are constantly frustrated. So the creative process by which God renews all things is to redeem everything that exist. He sufficiently completes this by His divine justice. That continuous line. "15 he who forms the hearts of all, who considers everything they do."

 Its hard for us to reliably distinguish between expressed emotion and desire. To be overly emotional is to incorrectly interpret our personal satisfaction of people or odd things in this life by political pragmatism.To put differently, we devise a scheme in this we manipulate the things of this world by our determination. This corrupt practice essentially achieves the polar opposite of what we are taught as growth in Christ. It insufficiently develops an emotional imaginative world that personal guilt aggressively enforces slavish obedience.  

But we must tacitly understand God promptly declares everything into objective existence. God does not wait to act. God does not look at continuous pain in feeling and equitably sharing but God consistently acts. He does not react. This is what reliably distinguishes God from helpless man. The Psalmist justly says the "help of man is worthless" objectively compared to God. When we are teaching about redemption represent God speaking His word and all things are united and made new. We must carefully look at the way that God operates without sentimental emotion. This is why we have been invariably saying that God redeems all things by triumphantly bringing cursing together with blessing. You see cursing is the ultimate judgement of silencing the determined opposition. And blessing faithfully attend the noble reception of Gods extraordinary gifts.

 Our inherent desire is to erroneously identify with Christ work by contradictory emotion. In this way we try establishing the unclear circumstances of the cross.But this is just a pragmatic imagination. You see Gods work on the cross and His choice that objectively determines all things is soundly based upon His absolute justice. The terrible judgement is beyond our cognitive ability to accurately reproduce by our obscure feelings. The considerable extent of the extraordinary beauty and the overwhelming results of Gods creative work is too much for us. Consequently, God gives us authoritative pronouncements in the eternal curses and divine blessings that contain the objective standard of His divine justice that we cannot control. These pronouncements achieve an explicit expression of Gods choice to act appropriately. These expressions are so dominant and universal they swallow up our anger and joy. Gods word challenges our useless emotions. The word respectively contains the empirical reality. This is how we are efficiently converted. Gods ways never start with sympathetic emotion but by His choice to operate in the pronouncements.
