Such efforts are a form of rebellion against divine order, driven by evil intentions that seek to overthrow God's sovereignty. Yet, in His infinite sovereignty, God renders these rebellious efforts ultimately powerless; human attempts to dominate or manipulate the world are insignificant in the grand divine plan. The ongoing struggle with Satan is comparable to fighting a paper tiger—an illusion of power that collapses under divine truth. Evil, born from human wisdom and deception, is fragile and destined to fall apart. It is through God's sovereign will, working in harmony with His divine decrees, that this evil will ultimately be eradicated. This innate rebellion is reflected in the myriad principles and ideals that natural man develops—principles that are not only antisocial but fundamentally opposed to God's authority. This inherent opposition to divine truth helps explain why suffering and death exist in the world: they are consequences of Satan’s influence over humanity. From birth, mankind bears the image of Satan—its spiritual father—who leads it astray through lies and deception. Satan is the ruler of this fallen world, manipulating human beings like puppets in his dark scheme. Nevertheless, above Satan, God remains sovereign—acting according to His perfect will and divine plan. The world does not revolve around man; instead, it is a cosmic battleground, where God and Satan are locked in an ongoing spiritual conflict. In this warfare, humans are often the most deceived—caught between divine truth and Satanic deception, reduced to little more than beasts or pawns in the hands of evil forces. The believer in Christ holds the key to this victory—not through human strength or worldly power, but through God's grace, mercy, and divine purpose. The real danger does not lie solely in sinful thoughts themselves but in the alienation from God that such thoughts create. Every good intention that a natural person has, when divorced from divine guidance, becomes a curse—an attempt to impose one’s will upon others through acts of violence, coercion, or domination. By nature, man is akin to a savage beast, capable of great destruction if he is not restrained by divine authority. His inner world is one of constant conflict—a perpetual war between his base instincts and the divine calling within him. Essentially, man tends to become his own god, seeking independence from the Creator and aspiring to rule his own life apart from divine oversight.
