In reality, what we perceive as truth is often the silent, persistent call of darkness—those irrational shadows of sorrow that threaten to overwhelm us—being ultimately subdued by the surpassing power of God's glory. Humanity, in its own weakness and frailty, is frequently swayed by these threats unless it begins to encounter a power greater than its limited strength. It is within God—His infinite love, His unwavering faithfulness—that we find the courage to confront death, chaos, and the uncertainties of life. We are called to elevate our understanding and deepen our awareness of His mighty power so that the Holy Spirit can fill our innermost being—transforming our intentions, loves, and hopes into a divine realm where His authority reigns unchallenged. Our trust in God is rooted in the unshakeable truth that no circumstance, no matter how dire, can separate us from His grace. The fundamental truth I cling to is this: we only see the divine through His illuminating light. No matter how intensely we desire or strive, we cannot fully comprehend His perfect will or His deep longing for us. In this life, we are caught in a perpetual cycle of disappointment—struggling between the sorrow wrought by sin and the unending joy of eternal life. Yet, within this tension, we walk a path established by God's eternal plan. Our confidence does not lie in deciphering His perfect will—such an endeavor would only lead to sorrow. Instead, we find peace in knowing that His joy and pleasure surpass our understanding, so vast that our finite minds can hardly grasp it. This realization offers us only a limited glimpse of His glory, leaving us forever yearning and never fully satisfied. Our journey is not toward attaining perfection but toward surrender—accepting His sovereignty in all its fullness, even as we remain unable to fully comprehend or experience the depths of what He has prepared for us. His grandeur should swallow up our frustration and doubt, guiding us toward trust and humility.
