Why does God require all our praise and glory? Because His plans are carried out with perfect divine precision. He knows us deeply and personally, carefully designing our safety by surrounding us with His constant presence. He searches our hearts not to judge or condemn us, but to bring healing and restoration; He provides us with daily wisdom, speaking to us quietly during the night and loudly through the busyness of each day. God is never silent when we are in need—He is always attentive. He never takes rest or sleeps; instead, He continually calls us to lift our eyes upward, to focus on Him. Through His divine care and providence, He arranges every relationship and circumstance in our lives to meet our deepest needs and foster our growth. His main purpose in showing us the way to healing is rooted in love: He cannot have genuine fellowship with us if we remain in evil or separation from Him. That is why God first establishes a foundation of security and safety—a nurturing environment where we are free to grow, to discover and use our gifts, and to walk in wisdom, all grounded in His unshakable grace. The Book of Wisdom reveals that God Himself guides us in a way that is both intimate and personal. The psalmist laments how futile it is to rely solely on human advice, questioning why this seems to conflict with other scriptures that highlight the importance of our relationships with other people. The answer lies in our natural tendency to seek worldly solutions first. Yet, at the heart of salvation is the ongoing, living relationship with God—who reveals His gifts to us and equips us to walk the path of true wisdom. Wise counsel, therefore, simplifies life into a core truth: the journey of wisdom is a steady trust in God alone. We confidently declare that, because of our foundation in Christ, we are unshakable. The culmination of our journey is found in eternal truths—those promises we hold onto firmly, knowing that in Christ our hope is secure and victory is guaranteed.
