When we are confronted with the seemingly unstoppable train rushing toward a wall, poised to crush us, it is as if deep within us, a divine voice calls out to another deep—a reflection of divine mastery over all elements—that can intervene to halt the chaos, mend the broken, and reward our perseverance in ways beyond what we can comprehend. The complex web of stories and events that threaten to weave chaos from both good and evil is not God's way. The apparent contradictions and hardships in our current reality are so overwhelming that they become difficult for us to bear as mere experiences. Yet, amid these struggles, deep calls to deep; and through this calling, we are invited to reflect and meditate. We can choose to live with the certainty that His deliverance is approaching—an ultimate salvation as real and profound as the depths calling to depths in the universe. He embodies the eternal Good, and more than that, He is love itself. His love brings peace—quieting our souls and calming the storms within us. Deep calls to deep; your waves and breakers have washed over me, leaving me overwhelmed and undone. It often feels like being caught in an endless vortex—yet, within this, there is a confidence that replaces doubt, a divine assurance that sustains us. We find ourselves walking confidently in a realm where divine promises overshadow uncertainty, and peace flows from the eternal depths. This deep inner experience shapes the very foundation of our lives, not the other way around. I have long contemplated this profound truth as an eternal convergence—a divine dialogue between the struggles of this world and God's incredible capacity to communicate truths we cannot yet fully understand but desperately need to grasp. I believe that our deepest desires are often thwarted in this life because no human can possess an unshakable certainty that they can endure every trial without doubt—no one has complete assurance of why suffering must come or when relief will arrive. Instead, we sense His presence and His love as a force that both sustains us and can overwhelm us. Meanwhile, we waver—complaining, striving, longing, and wishing that our suffering might somehow turn into good. It is natural for every living soul to seek fullness of life and to cling to the instinct of self-preservation. Alongside this instinct is a desire for justice—a restless impatience for justice to be swift, not out of a desire to harm others but to see the best possible outcome for everyone. I see no real difference between the desire to hasten justice with fiery impatience and the longing for retribution; both are expressions of a deep yearning for clarity and resolution. Yet, God, in His infinite wisdom, knows exactly how to bring these things about—often in ways we could never imagine—ways that provide gentle, soft landings, even for those burdened by guilt and regret.
