I am convinced that external circumstances alone do not dictate a person's inner disposition; rather, it is our perception and response to those circumstances that shape us. God guides our steps not necessarily by removing all difficulties and hardships, but by shaping the way we carry and respond to our burdens—measuring us according to what we can truly bear. This is why our self-image often lags behind reality, changing slowly and gradually rather than instantly. Our natural tendency is to push forward prematurely, ignoring God's protective and caring design to surround us and guard us. Instead, He moves us along our spiritual journey by continually reminding us of His character and faithfulness—drawing our gaze upward toward Him and inward toward His truth. The mistake many make is assuming that their relationship with God mirrors their relationships with others—however, in reality, He guides us through acts of renewal and divine recreation.
