We must approach God as our Heavenly Father, transforming our religious rituals and community culture into genuine relationships rooted in love. Our Heavenly Father invites us to come boldly and pour out our hearts to Him continually. We are called to persist in prayer and communion until we grasp the depth of God's love that surpasses all knowledge. We must resolve not to seek anything else until we are fully filled with God's immeasurable love. God is eternally loving, and all creation groans in eager anticipation of understanding and experiencing His everlasting love. His love is greater than life itself. We need to be led to the spiritual Rock—Christ—that surpasses human understanding of love. In His love, we find true love. If we seek God, we will discover love because God Himself is love. There is a divine source of love available to His children. We must bring all our pain, our hopes, and our fears to Him, trusting that He will respond and help us experience His love. When we pray according to His will, He listens and draws near, ready to fellowship with us in the divine mystery of the Trinity. In a society that often appears loveless, how can we, as individuals, truly feel love? How can we maintain concern and compassion when we see our children sacrificed on the altar of societal self-interest? How can we comprehend love when our culture mocks and dismisses the sacred institution of marriage? How can we recognize love amid the widespread acceptance of adultery, promiscuity, and the breakdown of family values? How can we discern love in a world flooded with sexual images, disrespectful social interactions, and a general disregard for genuine relationships? If divine love can only be truly understood through the gospel, then how can we find it in a society that seems increasingly distant from spiritual truth? The answer is that we must seek to be loved by God beyond the limitations of our cultural understanding and personal shortcomings. We need to experience God's love—His love as He has revealed it throughout eternity. The more our hearts grow cold and troubled, the more we should focus on God's everlasting love for us. In the final days, a significant departure from faith will occur, as many will abandon their beliefs because true divine decisions are rooted in God's love. During this time, the warmth of romance and genuine connection will diminish, growing cold and distant. Nonetheless, God's kingdom will continue to grow and spread to other parts of the world, despite these spiritual challenges. Why does God's love seem so faint and insignificant in these times? It’s not because people lack the capacity to love, but rather because many men, in particular, seek answers and fulfillment on a superficial, horizontal level—answers that cannot be found among men alone. Men often fail to have a wellspring of love within themselves; they struggle to access the true source of love while trying to love others. If men cannot generate love independently, they tend to love out of a need to be loved in return, creating a cycle of conditional affection. But if love depends on reciprocation, then it is not genuine love at all. True love does not stem from mere imagination or wishful thinking. It originates from deliberate actions that demonstrate an everlasting, selfless love—actions that serve to heal the soul and defend it from harm. This kind of love is the ideal model for men because it aligns with how all humanity perceives love at its best. Christ, arriving as a man, exemplified heavenly love in human form, showing us the perfect embodiment of divine love. From eternity, the Son of God, the Eternal Word, chose to reveal His love for humanity through specific, unconditional acts—most profoundly through the cross. If we fail to understand the significance of the cross and the unique, covenantal nature of divine love, we will never truly grasp Christ’s personal and sacrificial love for us.
