While our struggle with sin is significant, it is not our primary concern. We often exhibit a natural lethargy in the face of moral decay, leading to a disheartening lack of self-awareness regarding potential dangers. This sluggishness tends to burden our personal lives and compromises our commitment to the gentle souls in our lives. To navigate these challenges, we must deliberately engage with the profound transparency of God, cultivating sensitivity to the imminent threats that surround us. Our experiences, both physical and metaphysical, convey a distinctive personality. We must rightly interpret sacred images of essential beings and concepts within the moral contexts of good and evil. Thus, every circumstance we encounter serves as a form of communication. We resist the malevolent forces at play by renouncing their curses. Corrupt rulers manipulate legal frameworks to undermine and obliterate their adversaries, their actions akin to war crimes. Leviticus 25:40 states, "But if they will confess their sins and the sins of their fathers—their treachery against me and their hostility toward me—which made me hostile toward them, so that I sent them into the land of their enemies—then when their uncircumcised hearts are humbled and they pay for their sin, I will remember my covenant with Jacob, and my covenant with Isaac, and my covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land." Treachery, often associated with the pagan concept of 'ra,' signifies a betrayal for which the wicked must ultimately answer. The nature of God is fundamentally straightforward. He imparts moral law alongside the capacity for understanding, infusing this law with a profound simplicity born of love. In contrast, those who engage in convoluted and malevolent schemes are left to grapple with their own blindness. God’s natural law exists in a form that requires no elaborate explanations; it is so fundamentally clear that even those who deny divine authority often misinterpret His understanding of law, ultimately facing severe repercussions.
