Our God Enthroned Above

Our God, enthroned in glory above,

Stoops down to gaze on those He loves.

We ponder heaven with hearts aligned,

Enraptured by wonder beyond all time.  

O Sovereign God, O Lord Most High!

Before Your holy throne we cry.

"Abba, Father!" we adore Thee,

Bowing low in humble reverie.  

Our prayers are frail, Your Spirit strong,

He weaves our hearts into heaven’s song.

From Your throne, a river flows,

The Spirit of Wonder, who makes You known.  

We drink the waters of Your Spirit divine,

Illumining our minds with truths sublime.

Through Your love, our Father, we clearly see,

The path to our home in eternity
