If saints genuinely embody the essence of Christ, then we are witnessing a true manifestation of His nature in our world. When we align ourselves properly with Christ, we find ourselves experiencing a deep and meaningful unity with His entirety. However, we must ask ourselves: do we see ourselves through the same lens that Christ uses to perceive Himself? The answer is clearly no; we often fail to recognize our own identities in this light. Despite this, Christ does not place limitations on our ability to fully embrace the accomplishments and gifts that reflect the fullness of His being. Any barriers that stand in the way of our success in Christ can be harmful to our spiritual growth. He has eradicated all forms of destruction, thereby enabling us to flourish as we come to understand our identity in Him. His divine purpose is to vindicate our actions based on everything He has achieved throughout history, affirming our worth and significance. In response to this, Christians undergo a symbolic death to all that hinders our pursuit of our divine calling. This journey often involves grappling with the subtle distinctions between the mysterious and the concrete aspects of faith. It raises the critical question: how can we discern whether our motivations are rooted in malevolent intentions or in genuine desire for good? The heaviest burdens we carry can certainly prevent the saint from reaching their fullest potential in Christ. Within the realm of divine mystery, saints may sometimes feel overlooked or undervalued. However, when they engage with the reality of the divine, they often uncover a profound sense of purpose that liberates them from their burdens. By acknowledging our inherent limitations, we may inadvertently accept the rightful boundaries of our own selves. To cultivate a sense of secure identity, it is essential that we let go of any inflated notions that our true selves are hidden within an impenetrable mystery. Instead, we should embrace the idea that understanding our identity in relation to Christ allows us to navigate the complexities of faith and existence while remaining grounded in our purpose. This process involves surrendering to the divine, acknowledging our weaknesses, and allowing the grace of Christ to transform us into the saints we are called to be. In this transformation, we can truly thrive, stepping into the fullness of our identity and embracing the divine calling that awaits each of us.
