I have often found myself engaged in lengthy periods of prayer before receiving the answers I seek. I can say with confidence that there has only been one instance in my life when I felt completely devoid of hope; during all other trials, I have experienced a remarkable closeness to God, receiving insights and revelations that far surpassed my expectations. I find it profoundly inappropriate to use the term "destroy" within a Christian context, as it conveys a notion that evil has triumphed over good—a concept that fundamentally contradicts our faith. In biblical language, the idea of destruction is closely linked to damnation and signifies a state of being cursed. Throughout our lives, we should never yield to complete despair; rather, the challenges and adversities we face are intended to inspire us in our quest for divine justice. They serve as catalysts, transforming our personal grievances into a more profound alignment with God's righteous indignation. By embracing this perspective, we can learn to subdue our own anger and frustrations. To truly experience destruction is to exist in a state devoid of hope, and I would never wish such a fate upon any of my fellow beings. While I do not desire the downfall of others, I recognize that transcending personal anger through the lens of divine judgment can be beneficial for my spiritual condition. Time and again, I find that God's nature exceeds my greatest expectations, while also being more formidable than my deepest sorrows. In my prayers, I seek a future characterized by Christian success and unity, imploring God to eradicate destructive behaviors that hinder our collective growth. I advocate for unequivocal judgment while aspiring to witness extraordinary unity among Christians, hoping for a time when we can stand together in faith. Every challenging experience has ultimately contributed to my growth in discernment and understanding, allowing me to exercise better judgment in anticipation of the ultimate judgment that awaits us all. The emotional scars we carry from experiences of abuse or spiritual anguish reflect a universal longing for God to render His judgment, whether that comes in the form of curses or blessings. While there may indeed be forces at work beyond our comprehension that call for divine adjudication, this does not mean that God is unresponsive to our heartfelt pleas. He admonishes the wealthy and powerful, reminding us that we must not exploit the vulnerable; failing to heed such warnings can lead to divine retribution.
