Despite God's assurances of provision and the promise of a land "flowing with milk and honey," the people remained ungrateful, failing to abandon their own aspirations for personal acclaim and glory. Psalm 103:6 emphasizes that the Lord upholds righteousness and justice, particularly for those who are oppressed.
