Importantly, there exists a significant interrelation between the spiritual culture and the normal culture; they are not mutually exclusive but rather influence and shape one another in various ways. On the other hand, the abnormal culture stands apart from both of these. It can be characterized as a realm of disorder, chaos, and moral decay—a culture that is often viewed as cursed or marked by death. This abnormal culture represents a struggle for survival, where individuals may feel compelled to fight for their existence, their beliefs, or their way of life. If circumstances were to align in a certain way and the right individuals were positioned by divine providence, it is conceivable that we could face a civil conflict arising from these tensions. In summary, my understanding of societal dynamics is far more nuanced than a simple binary perspective. Instead, I see a complex interplay among three cultures that reflect the different moral, spiritual, and existential challenges facing humanity today.

I identify as a mean Calvinist, someone who deeply values a peaceful existence. By nature, I am not a confrontational person, which is why I have little tolerance for foolishness or disruptive behavior. Often, I am unsure who exactly is causing the disturbances, but I know that maintaining a normal family dynamic is of utmost importance to me. I do not mean this in a physical or retaliatory sense; rather, my commitment to my family’s peace is akin to a life-and-death matter. The only reason I confront individuals, such as Kk, is that they encroach upon my values—specifically concerning the topic of grace. Kk had begun to adopt an exclusive stance, and after a particular comment he made, I felt compelled to address it. This perspective has informed my own practices since I started my own family. I have made a conscious effort to shield my family from the corrosive influences of an abnormal culture. My motivation does not stem from a lack of desire to share the gospel with other cultures; rather, I see our contemporary situation as reminiscent of the biblical cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. Just as the faithful were called to withdraw from those cities to escape their destructive nature, I feel compelled to protect my children from the harmful effects of cultural degeneration. In this endeavor, I have found it necessary to vocalize my disdain for such cultures, as this cursing serves as a form of protection for my children. The curses I utter lead to a deep-seated desire for a safe and nurturing environment, which in turn fosters the conditions necessary for normal child-rearing practices to flourish. During that meeting with the homeschooling leaders, we encountered various issues with individuals who were creating problems for us. Given my reliance on prayer and my experiences with peaceful resolutions, I was hopeful that these individuals would not escalate matters. I communicated my concerns with a rather stern expression, which, unbeknownst to me at the time, led to my exclusion from future leadership meetings—an outcome that left me both amused and contemplative. Nonetheless, I am determined to cultivate an atmosphere in which I can find happiness and tranquility; I will not cease my heartfelt cries for peace until those conditions are met. I have discovered that this meditation and reflection serve as pathways to achieving real, lasting peace. I vividly recall a specific instance during a meeting with the leaders of our homeschool movement—a cause that I believe embodies and supports the values of a normal, patriarchal society. In my view, it doesn’t matter if one identifies as a Jehovah's Witness, participates in a twelve-step program, or belongs to any other group, as long as they align with and uphold the traditional cultural practices of child-rearing. It is this shared commitment to nurturing children in a healthy environment that allows us to work collaboratively, despite any differences in beliefs. Presently, I have also taken up the cause of the homeless, recognizing that it is essential to address the needs and struggles of those within our community. However, I find myself becoming particularly defensive when anyone poses a threat to my family. I do not direct my ire toward the homeschooling community—bless their hearts—but rather towards those abnormal influences that disrupt the harmony of my home life. In paraphrasing these verses, I recognize the importance of choosing the right path and the divine protection that comes from adhering to righteous principles. The journey ahead may be fraught with challenges, but I remain steadfast in my commitment to protect my family and uphold the values that foster a thriving, normal society. I do not believe that the myriad of problems we face in society can be primarily attributed to sin within Christianity. Instead, I contend that these issues arise fundamentally from the cultural degeneration of patriarchal society. This degeneration manifests in various ways that distort traditional values and disrupt family structures. It is crucial for the church to exercise its authority proactively, acting as a protective shield for its members against the encroachments of an abnormal culture. In this context, the church should not be perceived merely as a club with a set of rules designed to keep its members in line. Rather, I envision the church as a spiritual army, a collective force dedicated to upholding and preserving the sanctity of its values and beliefs. To adopt any other perspective risks undermining the church's authority as a familial structure, where each individual family functions as a unit with its own high priest, embodying the culture of authority and moral guidance.

The promise encapsulated in the phrase "The Lord Watches" carries profound significance, suggesting that divine oversight is not merely a matter of surveillance in the way that some moral philosophers propose. These thinkers often assert that God observes human behavior primarily to expose sin and wrongdoing. However, the nature of God's watchfulness, as presented in the Scriptures, is fundamentally different. Rather than seeking out our faults to condemn us, God’s attention is directed toward confronting our adversaries, whether they be internal struggles or external challenges. This watchful presence serves a redemptive purpose; it is aimed at providing us with the wisdom and strength we need to navigate life's difficulties and to face our fears with the courage of lions. Thus, the promise that "The Lord Watches" is a source of comfort and assurance for believers, reinforcing the notion that God is not indifferent to our struggles. Instead, He is intimately involved in our lives, offering guidance, wisdom, and strength as we confront the adversities that arise. With this understanding, we can approach life with confidence and boldness, knowing that we are under the watchful care of a loving and wise God who seeks to empower us and lead us towards a fulfilling and purposeful existence.
