The crux of the issue lay in the fact that this creation did not grant him any legitimate authority to establish a government that could function effectively. In his cunning mind, Satan believed that if he could obtain the governing principles of humanity, he would possess the tools necessary to manipulate the earth and bring about the downfall of civilized mankind. He entered the idyllic garden, armed with a profound and twisted understanding of the law, ready to take action. He was the first to reinterpret moral law to suit his sinister purposes. The underlying dilemma was that God had imparted the law to humanity in order to guide them in recognizing the ethical standards necessary for a life of goodwill, rather than one of malevolence. Without this moral law, humanity would lack the cognitive ability to truly experience the joy of fellowship with God, which is precisely why God had implemented the law with a clear stipulation. Had God merely enforced punitive measures corresponding to the most egregious offenses, humanity could have easily manipulated those laws to exert violent control over the vulnerable earth. To regain authority over the inherently evil nature of humanity, God found it necessary to impose a curse on creation. Currently, Satan is skillfully manipulating the law to contort every divine attribute, undermining the concepts of grace, eternal glory, impartial justice, righteousness, and objective truth. If the law did not decree eternal death upon all forms of corruption, God would be left without the means to enforce appropriate punishment. In this scenario, both the victim and the perpetrator would bear responsibility, and humanity would lose hope for the restoration of a just legal system. Consequently, God chose to delegate moral authority to humanity, extending grace that transcends mere criminal justice and reaches into the heavenly realm. He intended to establish a law unfettered by earthly governments. In contrast, Satan sought to enact laws that would lead to self-destruction. His aim was to distort the essence of salvation and topple governments, all in a methodical quest to obliterate the glory of God. Nevertheless, God maintains ultimate control over all injustices, as He governs the realms of eternal life and death. Throughout history, God has never relinquished His grasp on eternal salvation, for it is the very essence of renewal and the declaration of life or death. In this tumultuous scenario, Satan seized the opportunity to redefine the law to serve his purposes. Had God not condemned evildoers to death, Satan might have been able to establish his brutal dominion without any viable means for God to reclaim authority. Utilizing this redefined law, Satan sought to impose an authoritarian regime that would mercilessly lead to the destruction of humanity. God, in His infinite wisdom, understood that if the moral law could be twisted such that people began to perceive evil as good and good as evil, Satan would systematically dismantle the very essence of God's glory.
