It is essential for us to find joy in recognizing our own shortcomings while also maintaining a deep appreciation for God's greatness. Embracing the grace of Christ involves focusing on the eternal and divine attributes of God. It is not necessary to constantly self-scrutinize, as this can become burdensome. However, it is important to have a clear perspective on others that influences our attitudes and actions. This spiritual enlightenment helps us shift our focus from ourselves and the material world, reminding us that we were created by God to glorify and enjoy Him forever. While repentance and self-denial are important aspects of our faith, they should not consume our thoughts entirely. If they do, we must consciously redirect our focus from our own flaws, failures, and struggles and fix our gaze on Christ. The attributes discussed here originate from the eternal love and kindness of God, who is holy and divine. This kindness reflects the nature of our Father. God's presence is described as incredibly beautiful and radiant, resembling a glowing red and purple light. Surrounding His throne is a rainbow, and heavenly beings are constantly amazed by His beauty and glory. They worship Him continuously, bowing before Him and singing His praises. In front of the throne is a stunning sea of glass, reflecting the colorful glow emanating from Him. The beauty is so captivating that the beings proclaim, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come." Everything about God is perfect and complete, filling every corner of the universe with His radiant presence. Have we allowed the vision of God to permeate our thoughts and fill us with the glory of Christ? This should be our focus, rather than fixating on our own sins.
