In a completely secular context, we can view the actions of a ruling authority as a reflection of how our circumstances influence and shape us. It is important to recognize that circumstances do not exist in isolation; they are the culmination of choices made throughout history, all of which are known to a sovereign power. Each individual decision serves as a mode of expression, showcasing one's values and beliefs about morality. These decisions collectively impact the current state of the world. Just as the word of God encompasses all language, showcasing his fairness and righteousness, human choices that deviate from this divine order result in injustice. Therefore, we do not reside in a world where humans hold ultimate power, but rather in a world where a sovereign power continuously works to restore order and balance in response to any form of disorder, whether apparent or hidden.

We place full trust in every utterance of God, regardless of our understanding of its purpose. As believers, we possess a unique ability to grasp the essence of a concept through a single word. Scripture not only serves as a legal declaration that brings order to the world, but also represents God's faithfulness and divine judgment. This comprehensive worldview nurtures our well-being and has the power to guide, correct, and harmonize all aspects of our lives. God's words penetrate our minds, bringing healing and renewal. In a universe governed by God's word, relationships flourish as His word and Spirit work through mankind, reaching to the farthest corners of the earth.

God's governance of the world is characterized by the triumph of good over evil and the fulfillment of needs through His generosity. Through His words, which function as laws guiding events, He exalts some and humbles others. Both life and death are shaped by His utterances, reflecting His righteous and just wrath. As a sovereign and free entity, God's actions are aligned with His character and purpose, ensuring that all outcomes, whether favorable or unfavorable, are ultimately in accordance with His will.
