During my younger years, my mindset resembled that of the Joker from Batman. However, I have since come to understand that placing significance on tangible symbols to solidify or sanctify a relationship is adhering to legalistic principles. According to my beliefs, marriages will not persist in the afterlife as they do not constitute eternal covenants. Drawing parallels between earthly marriage and the unity of the church does not equate the marriage itself to the unity within the church. The spiritual unity transcends the physical union, as within the body of Christ, there exists no differentiation based on gender or societal status. The genuine identity and unity in marriage derive from the spiritual talents possessed by the individuals involved, rather than from societal norms or rituals. Authentic unity in marriage is attained through the freedom to manifest and utilize these spiritual gifts.

The ongoing struggle within ourselves to assert authority in our marriage highlights the importance of recognizing that ultimately, our spouses belong to Christ. Attempting to impose man-made regulations in our marriage only serves to fuel a desire for control. Marriage is a sacred bond that transcends earthly authority, founded on the spiritual connection between two individuals and Christ's sacrifice. It is a private partnership that reflects a governmental structure, where both partners hold a shared responsibility over their shared life. Respect in marriage goes beyond a mere psychological concept; it is a profound sense of reverence that stems from honoring Christ and receiving His love. True respect in marriage originates from an eternal source, rather than any human constructs or regulations.

In essence, each individual embarks on a journey of conquest with a symbolic sword by their side. It can be argued that men possess an innate, formidable power granted by a divine entity. This power is rooted in a desire to lead with humility. Humanity exists in a state of grace, which remains unaffected by sin. Ultimately, all things are under the dominion of Christ, who overcame the curse through self-sacrifice. Eternal life is not achieved through strict adherence to laws, but rather through the grace of Christ, who fulfilled all requirements of the law. This eternal life is imperishable and impervious to curses.

Our perspective is centered on the divine, enabling us to rise above earthly occurrences and superficial appearances. We are imbued with the strength of God, originating from His heavenly domain, empowering us to surmount any challenges. This divine strength represents everlasting life, directing us in the evolution of our spirits and the environment. Our focus is not on worldly wants, but on harmonizing with the divine purpose.
