As social beings, we are inherently designed to engage in shared experiences, as these vulnerabilities are universal among individuals. Instead of merely analyzing the experiences of others, true connection is formed by recognizing and appreciating the common traits and qualities that we possess within ourselves. Ultimately, gaining insight into others stems from a deep understanding of oneself.
Similar to visualizing nature, being captivated by its vibrant colors and pleasant smells is like being captivated by the interior experience of the soul. Our connection to nature's colors is more intricate, with simpler organisms functioning in alignment. I believe that we are meant to integrate our gifts in a holistic experience of body, mind, and will. Our frustration is not from a lack of vision, but from holding onto anger that hinders our connection. By expressing ourselves authentically before God, we can release this burden and experience true freedom. Once we learn to communicate with God effectively, our interactions with others will be enriched and vibrant.
