In Psalm 9, the author expresses gratitude towards God for supporting their cause and administering fair judgment from His throne. They recognize God's strength in admonishing nations, annihilating the wicked, and obliterating their memory. The defeat of the enemy and the ruin of their cities underscore God's supreme power and dominion over all. The author urges us to have faith in aligning our desires with God's intentions and relying on His might to overcome any challenges we may encounter. By acknowledging our own weaknesses and limitations, we can comprehend the necessity of depending on God for guidance and strength in all aspects of our lives. The author contemplates the predetermined path of their lives by God's eternal plan, underscoring the significance of trusting in God's provision and direction. They acknowledge their own inadequacies and faults, realizing that they cannot rely solely on their own abilities to prosper. Instead, they place their trust in God's sovereignty and benevolence to lead them in the right direction. The author reflects on the notion that true fulfillment of their purpose can only be attained within God's perfect kingdom, where all that is contrary to His will is ultimately eradicated. They understand that their life is guided by God's hand, which works to remove any hindrances to fulfilling their purpose. This process involves permitting certain events to unfold and intervening to prevent others, all in accordance with God's sovereign will. Ultimately, the author finds contentment and satisfaction in surrendering to God's plan and trusting in His supreme authority over all things.

As the Psalmist proclaims, "Endless ruins have overtaken the enemy. You have uprooted their cities; even the memory of them has perished." This highlights the power and authority of God in overcoming all opposition and bringing about His divine plan. The Psalmist reflects on the ultimate purpose of life, which is to see God's ideal kingdom fulfilled. In this kingdom, corruption must be eradicated, and opposition must be quelled. God's divine order ensures that everything falls into place as He allows or prevents certain events from occurring. God controls the thoughts of mankind, guiding us to remember or forget as He sees fit. Through His laws and decrees, He shapes the very fabric of reality. Everything we do, or do not do, is part of His grand design. He recreates our efforts in a way that aligns with His perfect will, ensuring that His chosen ones cannot fail. God not only wills all events, but He also orchestrates every thought. He has the power to make us remember or forget, and He governs all metaphysical realities through various means such as laws, covenants, curses, statutes, promises, and decrees. Whether we succeed or fail, it is all part of God's divine plan as He speaks the words that shape our actions. For those who are chosen by God, they live in a recreated universe where failure is impossible, as everything aligns perfectly with His will.
