The creation of man was a deliberate and integral component of God's divine plan and control over all of creation. While some may interpret God's creation of man as a means of testing him within the covenant of works, it is more accurately understood as part of God's meticulous order that is carried out through His celestial beings, and is mirrored in man's role as ruler over the earth. God designed man to govern His creation, allowing for a relationship akin to that of a king and his subjects. Throughout the course of redemption history, God has consistently raised up authoritative figures to govern nations, with Adam's leadership serving as a prototype for the kingly authority exhibited by figures like King David.

This indicates that humanity's connection with God is established through a process of redemption that empowers individuals to govern their specific spheres of influence. Suggesting that Adam had a lesser relationship with God implies that God created something below His standard of excellence. We believe that God's authoritative design, evident in His unwavering promises in His covenants, is reflected in the way humans exercise control over their surroundings through enigmatic attributes. To affirm the weight and authority of God's word, we must acknowledge that God never compromised His standard of excellence or judgement when entrusting humans with positions of authority.

We are not just moral agents who demonstrate God's righteousness through testing. We participate in the present kingdom and will be rewarded in the future eternal kingdom. We will have a role in governing the new world. God's purpose in creating humanity and all things is to showcase His faithfulness, goodness, kindness, and patience. He has granted us eternal abilities, aligning our desires with His. Our true identity is revealed when we reflect God's holiness through the eternal gifts bestowed upon us. It is within our rights to hold God accountable to His covenant promises for personal salvation. Our individual journeys, influenced by human imperfection, are guided by God's protection. We wield authority that exceeds our earthly status, guided by God's word and Spirit.
