If we experience fear, it indicates that we have not yet attained complete perfection in love. This is because the coexistence of fear and love is inherently contradictory, similar to how sin cannot possess the same power as grace. Grace can be compared to the game of paper and rock, where the paper consistently triumphs over the rock. The root cause of all our problems can be traced back to anger, as it is our response to pain. Our pain, in turn, is an expression of fear, anxiety, and anger. In order to effectively address our anger, we must first examine our understanding of justice. Justice can be seen as God's fulfillment of His own desires and objectives. Therefore, any issue we encounter has already been resolved in God. Consequently, God's judgments are always correct.
This implies that even in the face of overwhelming challenges or opposition, we can find confidence in the knowledge that God has already ensured a favorable outcome. To avoid becoming angry, we need to recognize that God's justice can result in consequences far worse than we can imagine. In essence, our adversaries only hold power over us when we perceive God as being small or insignificant. To neutralize our fear, we must understand that God's love is demonstrated through the just allowance of negative experiences, which ultimately serve our greater good. When God, in His perfect combination of love and anger, orchestrates everything for our benefit, our own anger becomes insignificant in comparison. Perfect love encompasses not only God's love for us, but also our ability to love ourselves as He values us. Our anger is transformed in God's reformation process, ultimately leading to our own growth and well-being.
