The teachings in scripture regarding salvation and the impartation of new life are often likened to the process of planting a seed in the ground. This metaphor illustrates that the seed represents the word of God, and when it is implanted, it results in the growth and development of a spiritual life. Just as a plant evolves from a small seed to a mature organism, so too does our spiritual life progress from the initial implantation of the saving word to a fully realized existence described by various attributes. It is important to distinguish between words that bring blessings and those that bring curses, not in a literal sense, but in a spiritual context.
I believe that the use of cursing does not always involve directing hateful language towards someone. Rather, it can also diminish the value of something that is meant to be life-giving by portraying it in a disjointed manner. All things are brought into existence through the power of God's word. Not only does God create and design, but He also maintains all things through His word. It is said that all things are created to glorify God, and this is achieved through His ultimate word. The universe is intricately designed to be harmoniously aligned with His word, serving a unified purpose.
However, mankind has deviated from the right path. Upon committing sin, man started to resist and go against the will of God. The key to receiving blessings for mankind lies in aligning one's life with the teachings and instructions found in the word of God. In His infinite wisdom, God has predetermined the course of events from the very beginning to the very end through His control over the world. God has put in place His regulations, commands, laws, and assurances to govern the earth with flawless fairness and impartiality. This has been achieved by adhering to His unchangeable word that cannot be thwarted.
When discussing a fruit-bearing tree, we are actually acknowledging God's perfect design in Christ. Christ is seen as the embodiment of God's word and the ultimate representation of reality. Our success can be attributed to God's intentional ordering of all creation for His glory. By placing our faith in His word, we are essentially blessing ourselves and acknowledging the certainty of God's final authority. By witnessing the fulfillment of God's word and placing our hope in its ongoing success, we are able to recognize and utilize our own talents to bear fruit. It is important for us to give credit to God for His accomplishments in this world, and we can only truly grasp this concept through spiritual enlightenment. God's unchanging word guides and shapes our lives, ensuring that His plans will ultimately prevail.
