The Psalmist's proficiency in the art of speech is so profound that when hearing the words of others, they feel a sense of helplessness.

It is not the Psalmist's intention to imply that the utilization of God's teachings directly results in personal success. Rather, the Psalmist expresses frustration regarding the lack of immediate gratification from these teachings. This frustration stems from the inability to attain the desires instilled by the word. This is a common experience in our perplexing world, where outcomes often defy expectations. Despite the notion that the word of God never returns without effect, it appears to have minimal influence on worldly affairs, constantly met with resistance at every juncture.
