I believe that God provides a sanctuary for us, a personal realm that is inaccessible to others' understanding. In our current society, we are constantly evaluated based on tangible outcomes. However, within this sanctuary, time moves at a slower pace, and boundless blessings are bestowed upon us. In the external world, we are often misunderstood if we deviate from societal expectations. Yet, in this refuge, our ultimate goal is to patiently rely on God's guidance. In the outside realm, our ability to overcome obstacles is the basis for judgment. Conversely, within this sanctuary, our prayers and patience in waiting for God's intervention reveal the hidden complexities behind our adversities. This explains why our responses to challenges may appear slower, and why we devote considerable time to tasks that may not yield immediate rewards.
The complexity of life lies in our ability to consistently surpass our adversaries, while maintaining an unwavering belief that no challenge is insurmountable. Our existence in this sanctuary-like realm is a manifestation of God's unwavering focus on our needs and accomplishments. In this realm, time holds no sway as it adopts an eternal perspective. It is a place where God's words are transformed into reality, and where all elements seamlessly fall into their rightful places. This refuge world defies the norms of reality, operating in a reverse fashion. Though many may find discomfort in this realm, it is within this sphere that true harmony of thoughts and emotions can be achieved. Consequently, it is a realm that constantly faces skepticism and doubt from those who struggle to comprehend its existence.
It is essential for us to comprehend the nature of the resistance we are up against. The opposition is not merely benign; individuals are more inclined to cling to their emotions of fear, anger, and sadness rather than confront the challenges head-on. Due to the pervasive presence of sin, there is a widespread aversion to the principles of grace. Grace can only be truly impactful when it confronts the opposition in a fierce struggle, engaging in a battle to uphold grace and challenge the adherence to strict laws. Our defense lies in keeping the opposition restrained, necessitating a deeper understanding of humility. True grace cannot be realized unless it extends to the most vulnerable aspects of humanity. Without learning to embrace humility and vulnerability, we will not be able to fully embrace selflessness and sacrifice.
