I find it intriguing how individuals can engage in heated debates over trivial matters, such as a piece of bread, while neglecting to discuss truly significant truths. In my opinion, it is highly unlikely for someone to successfully complete a task in an authentic manner if it does not align with their inherent disposition or way of thinking. This is precisely why I am skeptical of a discipleship system that expects everyone to follow the same program. By forcing individuals onto a path that does not align with their unique talents and teaching them that adherence to a set of principles is the only requirement for living a Christian life, we inadvertently contribute to the development of psychological issues. Among all the obnoxious behaviors, this self-righteous attitude of trying to appear composed for all the wrong reasons stands out the most.
How do individuals with passive aggressive tendencies behave? They are individuals who lack clear convictions and therefore seek solace in following a mentor or leader. It is common for passive aggressive individuals to effortlessly terminate relationships by enlisting the support of like-minded individuals, oblivious to the fact that moral judgment should be applied equally to those who remain passive as well as those who actively oppose righteous principles. They lack a consistent drive for self-preservation and fail to recognize the inherent negativity of perilous situations. Consequently, they continually prioritize moral superiority over genuine commitment to a specific purpose.
