I believe that if I am following you, it is not a matter of us and God. Some of our most significant monuments that rightfully belong to Him have actually come from our most devastating losses in this existence. We are not destined for innate greatness in this world; rather, we are destined for an ideal world that surpasses it. Moral greatness in this world is not always justified. Consider, for instance, the individual who was supposed to represent the rightful king of Israel during the time of Jesus. It is unlikely that Joseph would have been well-suited for this ideal world. Men are intentionally deceived when it comes to their pride. This is primarily because such insight would be akin to being branded, and imagining the Lord as angry would lead to endless guilt and self-reflection. Hopeless men genuinely believe that their political achievements, achieved through their own strength, are the result of their hard work. They take pride in gaining material rewards and attaining a respected position in society, often at the expense of others who willingly support them. However, men do not employ cunning strategies solely for the purpose of gaining political power. They do not reflect upon the true nature of their progression towards success. Instead, they naturally focus on reaching first place by inevitably hindering someone else. This is the inherent state of foolish men. They possess excessive desires for acquiring power, which is the cruel reality for all hopeless individuals. The world is built upon the establishment and achievement of pretensions. It is filled with wicked individuals who relentlessly pursue their own dreams with a brutal and depraved mindset. Personal success in this world is merely a deceitful facade. To be poor and destitute within this societal framework means to be dependent and vulnerable. In accordance with this principle, God operates in a manner that contradicts the world system. The genuinely good and needy are kind and generous. They have no involvement in the unrighteous schemes of those who hold power in the world. In God's ways, only those who find themselves in a state of dependence are protected from wrongdoing. This is because the diligent poor and needy humbly seek God day and night. They embody the essence of God, relying on Him as their refuge in times of great trouble. He is their liberator, provider, and eternal resting place. Their entire existence rests solely on God's faithfulness. If He fails to fulfill His role, then He cannot truly represent God.
