2In order for Christ to serve as a comprehensive solution in the internal kingdom residing within us, He had to secure a complete salvation. It is important to note that salvation is not solely a future occurrence, but rather it is already fully realized within us, albeit not yet fully received. I find it perplexing that when individuals expound upon the gospel of grace, they often begin with our human decision. Instead, it is more fitting to commence with God, as salvation is exclusively the work of God. By initiating our understanding of salvation with God and His everlasting triumph, we nullify any opposition on this earthly realm that may attempt to undermine or overpower our salvation. This is the reason why the apostle articulates our salvific blessings in the celestial realms. Our salvation encompasses not just an internal transformation, but also involves a heavenly governance that actively participates in the redemptive process, utilizing genuine celestial beings for our personal deliverance. Thus, God's law, whether it pertains to morality or overarching principles, is perpetually established and upheld through His divine attributes. It becomes evident that He has situated it within the realm of secondary causes, but He has discovered that all these causes fall short of attaining the standard needed to meticulously craft and fashion the creation of reality in flawless harmony. It is imperative for us to comprehend that God does not merely observe all things; rather, He scrutinizes them as the supreme creator, perfectly justified in His actions. The reason why corruption exists in God's emanations is because His reordering of all things goes beyond just the physical universe. This leads to a spiritual battle within ourselves. Understanding how His actions of preventing and allowing shape our future in perfect symmetry is beyond our comprehension. We are constantly deceived about the significance of secondary causes, as the success of His work is dependent on His word and Spirit in the unseen process of recreation. The success of Israel was never a result of their own power, as they were always outnumbered and weak. Their advancement to the promised land was always by permission. How was the establishment of God's government on this earth accomplished? It was achieved through His implementation of justice and fairness in bestowing blessings and bringing destruction. He is capable of humbling one ruler and elevating another. In the hands of the Lord lies a metaphorical cup, from which He pours out consequences, and even the most wicked kings of the earth are compelled to drink its bitter contents to the very last drop. We witness that nothing in the vast expanse of the universe can impede the indomitable power of God. His word holds immeasurable significance and is never without effect. His flawless law, which grants freedom, operates through us as we perceive the radiant brilliance of His glory, akin to a potent dynamite, safeguarding our salvation. This salvation is entirely bestowed by His unmerited favor, from its inception to its culmination.
