The conventional approach adopted by humans is to view their inherent deficiencies as being resolved by merely comprehending and intellectually accepting God's teachings. This perspective is akin to providing guidance to a prisoner; if one were to petition Jesus for solace in their troubled heart, it would be granted. In other words, one must simply adhere to the teachings, intellectually assent, and consequently be considered successful. This approach represents a begrudging effort to comply with divine instructions.This will inevitably lead to a political theology that prioritizes the needs and concerns of the people, similar to the prevailing ideology in the United States. We firmly believe that the divine word and the influence of the Holy Spirit have a lasting transformative and purifying impact, resulting in the desired cognitive transformation. It goes beyond merely requesting personal prayers; it requires a genuine belief of the heart, as emphasized by the Apostle. The main objective is to sincerely believe with a committed heart and humbly confess it verbally. Ultimately, those who receive spiritual renewal with gratitude are deeply influenced and will openly and repeatedly acknowledge their faith verbally. Genuine trust is not solely based on intellectual wisdom; it includes an emotional aspect, an experiential element that is effectively witnessed by the Spirit within us through the divine teachings, confirming our connection to the Lord.The generation of knowledge involves a newfound spirituality that engages the senses of perception. The level of desire experienced by an individual can serve as a measure of their faith and commitment. The stronger the desire, the greater potential for personal growth. It is not necessary to rely solely on divine intervention for motivation to obey, but rather to cultivate a sincere longing for guidance from the Father. Consider the act of confession, which should not be perceived as opposing legalism. An individual who rejects legalism does not necessarily adhere to a strict interpretation of moral laws, but instead values the concept of grace and embraces an open-ended relationship with Christ. However, it is important to acknowledge that anti-legalism is both a personal and political theological decision. An individual who identifies as antinomian selectively adopts certain teachings from the Bible that align with their personal beliefs, while disregarding other important aspects that do not align with their philosophy.The prevailing views today suggest that some individuals categorize Calvinists as strongly opposed to regulations. This perception arises from the fact that contemporary interpretations of Calvinism have become diluted, making it challenging to discern between what is right and wrong. However, authentic Calvinists wholeheartedly embrace the concept of God's absolute sovereignty, as illustrated in Ephesians 1. Genuine Calvinists are therefore dedicated scholars of biblical teachings and acknowledge that God possesses complete authority. Nevertheless, those who perceive Calvinism as incompatible with legal principles are likely individuals who themselves have an aversion to laws. Such individuals may struggle to adhere to significant aspects of the Bible, lacking the necessary reverence, as they have a disposition to distort their perception of God. Consequently, this distorted understanding of God can result in a distorted interpretation of moral laws.The emergence and divergence of genuine pragmatism from antinomian can be attributed to a fundamental underlying cause. Genuine pragmatism allows individuals who do not fully accept the absolute authority of God to justify their actions, leading to a distorted understanding of appropriate practices within the Christian community. Specifically, Catholics hold the belief that the absolute truth does not apply to them, thereby disregarding the explicit teachings of the Bible. Consequently, they prioritize compliance with external criminal laws while neglecting essential principles that focus on the innermost emotions and conscience of individuals. Unintentionally, their actions inadvertently reinforce the beliefs of like-minded individuals, undermining the significance of effective communication and adherence to important biblical principles. This contravenes the existing legal framework. Recognizing the unquestionable authority of God is essential, as a comprehensive understanding of moral law and divine grace cannot be attained solely through rational methods.
