In a graceful gesture, God has kindly restored our rightful dominion over the earth, embodying an unwavering rock, through which we peacefully wield our power over the awe-inspiring world. This rock symbolizes the bestowed righteousness that now resides within us. The Psalmist employs powerful war imagery to depict God's miraculous task of renewing salvation on Earth by reinstating humanity's position in the covenant of creation. Initially, mankind was ordained as compassionate rulers over the globe, with moral principles serving as the only just means of exercising authority. As God strongly opposes any deviation from His decrees, it is our duty to passionately align our beliefs with His unwavering determination. We cannot abide even the tiniest flaw in false teachings, for as God's people, we must peacefully assert our nation's sovereignty by proclaiming timeless truths. If our societal culture is not molded by established laws, our social identity becomes illegitimate, and we fail to faithfully represent our nation. Insufficient representation of our national essence suggests that God's governing authority is not present. As Psalm 118:15 attests, shouts of joy and triumph resound among the righteous, signifying the Lord's mighty deeds. If the Lord's might is not fully displayed in the might of Israel's armed forces, two forms of salvation emerge. The Lord's might embodies the rightful application of His eternal principles. Only through authoritative proclamations can justice and protection be truly ensured. We steadfastly employ everlasting tactics to staunchly defy enduring schemes. We find ourselves mysteriously transported to a realm of spirituality that sets us free from the oppressive societal standards that stem from the reinterpretation of sacred doctrines. How can one adequately thank the celestial being for the abundant blessings bestowed upon us?  Our celestial Father does not seek revenge for our transgressions nor does He demand recompense for divine benevolence. We indirectly experience boundless emancipation as the divine consistently adheres to the unending cycle of both retribution and favor. Our apparent lack in inherent talent mysteriously becomes our greatest advantage. If divine retribution were to befall us for our transgressions, it would cast doubt upon the efficacy of Christ's sacrifice. If Christ did not fulfill the demands of the law, we would be unable to place our trust in His promise to absolve us of our sins. In Psalm 41:10, the psalmist implores God for mercy and seeks vindication against those who have wronged him. The malevolent are allowed to persist in their wicked deeds due to the lack of intervention from their victims, thereby instilling fear and inflicting harm upon others. In Psalm 35:12, the psalmist laments that his virtuous acts are met with malevolence from others, leaving him in a state of desolation. We humbly receive the divine message that comes unbidden, and we hold fast to whatever semblance of security we possess until the unbelieving world wholly rejects us. Without divine justice, our hope in this world would be utterly extinguished.
