Throughout my developmental years, I attained a more profound comprehension of spiritual practices by examining the life experiences of George Muller. This biographical narrative had a significant impact on my methodology of regulating my thoughts and participating in customary spiritual activities. I maintain that it is pivotal to actively govern our thoughts instead of permitting them to roam without restraint. However, adhering to these practices can be strenuous, necessitating the cultivation of a constructive mindset and introspection of one's constraints prior to undertaking daily routines. At the outset of his spiritual odyssey, he would commence by consulting the Sacred Scriptures and engaging in communal recitation. Thereafter, he would proceed to participate in devotional supplication with the text ajar, with a specific emphasis on the segment he had perused earlier that day. His satisfaction was derived from establishing a rapport with the Divine Spirit prior to devising his own distinctive expositions of the text.Through the passage of time, I have established a routine of memorizing a collection of scriptural excerpts on a daily basis, leading to a consistent accumulation of knowledge sourced from biblical texts, particularly those located in the New Testament. The quantity of memorized material has increased to such an extent that it is no longer feasible to review all of it in a single day. Therefore, I depend on the guidance of the Holy Spirit to recall pertinent verses as necessary throughout the day, or when I require additional scriptural support. It is evident that a persistent endeavor exists in which the term has taken on the function of a device comparable to a hammer, in order to combat unfavorable attitudes and direct our response to the diverse obstacles we confront in life. The degree to which we can gain support from this device depends on our proficiency in focusing and thoroughly absorbing its lessons, which can be a demanding task.Despite its repetitive nature, the practice of meditation fulfills an important function in the daily lives of individuals. It shapes their thoughts and brings to the surface their most profound anxieties, thereby serving as a means of reminding them of their authentic selves and preventing excessive self-congratulation. By directing attention towards God, saints gain hope and are shielded from prolonged periods of sorrow. Overall, meditation engenders a sense of security and protection. As part of my daily routine, I make a conscious effort to only engage in activities after being inspired by a specific word and engaging in meditation. Through this practice, I have come to understand that the Spirit triggers a recollection of relevant texts or personal revelations in my life. This communication occurs when the Spirit ignites our emotional receptivity towards the word, which I refer to as "speaking peace". This model provides insights into the cognitive processes that underlie my daily routine.
