The objective of this discourse is to examine individual experiences and champion the underprivileged. Although some may view self-expression as a departure from Christian modesty, it is crucial to amplify the voices of those who have faced destitution or injustice. Nevertheless, the theme of confession is not the primary emphasis of this discussion, as there have been many notable figures throughout history, such as Martin Luther, who were proficient in acknowledging their mistakes, as it was deemed essential in obtaining divine mercy.During the initial phase of my spiritual growth within the context of Christianity, I encountered challenges related to my highly sensitive and reactive conscience. I am cognizant of the tendency for individuals to become excessively preoccupied with aspects intended to foster liberation, only to find themselves feeling restricted instead. This phenomenon occurs due to the inherent susceptibility of the conscience to become corrupted. Furthermore, it is widely acknowledged within the framework of works-based theology that the conscience serves as the sole avenue through which divine grace can be attained. The primary essence of the gospel does not revolve around the individual's endeavors to achieve salvation or liberation through specific actions. Instead, it encompasses the idea of freedom and functions as a means for personal development. It is important to recognize that misinterpreting the gospel can lead to a distorted understanding of grace, rendering any confession or acknowledgment of wrongdoing without any meaningful value. Any pursuits that veer away from a proper comprehension of grace are ultimately futile. Consequently, adopting a hedonistic lifestyle and embracing earthly enjoyments may seem more liberating in comparison to adhering to a gospel that emphasizes actions.Upon examining worship in the context of the New Testament, it becomes apparent that the overwhelming sense of joy and glory that characterized it in the past is noticeably absent. This observation leads one to question whether the essence of the gospel message has been distorted, effectively reducing it to a mere formula for balancing worship and daily life. Such an interpretation is reflected in our understanding of Jesus' teachings as presented in the New Testament.Based on my comprehension, Jesus aimed to differentiate between a sinner who had no valid basis for inheriting anything, except for the gracious provisions of their Father, and a son who displayed prudence in safeguarding their own life and privileges.I strongly argue that these two characters in Jesus' narrative are clearly separate entities, as he intended to create a noticeable juxtaposition. Ultimately, Jesus sought to highlight the notion that when examining the life of a devout person, there are no apparent qualities that justify their attainment of salvation. The central topic of this discourse pertains to the concept of Jesus bestowing grace upon individuals in order to attain true liberation. Consequently, any misinterpretation of grace could result in an erroneous comprehension of Jesus' teachings. It is noteworthy that the individual chosen by Jesus to be his disciple was a sinner, devoid of any justification for righteousness or sufficient personal advancement to deserve salvation. Hence, I contend that comprehending the concept of grace surpasses the significance of engaging in confession.
