From my perspective, the idea of leading a life without tension is closely connected to the concept of establishing a spiritual connection. Unlike followers of Buddhism who advocate for the complete eradication of thoughts and the attainment of a state of emptiness, I maintain the belief that the presence of a divine Trinity is mysterious in nature. Our encounter with this elusive divine presence cannot be accurately defined. This raises the question of whether our sincere inquiries are met with a response from the divine or if proximity to the divine is contingent upon our assimilation to His divine nature, as it has shaped us through the transformative power of His divine teachings within our innermost beings. Can these teachings realign our souls and bring our desires into harmony with His ultimate intentions? If one maintains the conviction that language serves as a conduit for connecting with the sacred, it can function as a purifying agency that eradicates impurities and unveils the fundamental nature of our existence. This conviction aligns with the notion articulated by the Psalmist that God scrutinizes our innermost beings. Our comprehension of the world and our reaction to our encounters, as we navigate our aspirations, can be likened to an inexhaustible reservoir. Nevertheless, God's resemblance to us transcends even the profoundest depths of our longings. He has bestowed upon us enigmatic yearnings through His teachings, which surpass our own, and serves as a metaphorical reflection that purifies our spirits. The practice of prayer facilitates the synchronization of our thoughts with the intentions of God, thereby causing a shift in our own individual desires. Through prayer, we establish a deep connection with God's emotions, encompassing a range of sentiments such as anger, love, compassion, and satisfaction. This distinctive interaction engenders an encounter that is beyond verbal expression and challenging to articulate. The frequency of our engagement in prayer directly correlates with the profundity and inexplicability of this encounter. This occurrence is commonly termed as the state of tranquility and absence of strain known as God's rest.
