The human condition indicates a natural desire for everlasting life, but we are consistently confronted with our own mortality through the persistent existence of death. The constraints and limitations imposed by this circumstance are highly undesirable, as we are beings with a spiritual essence who are restricted by the physical boundaries of time and space, and subject to a metaphysical conflict that leaves us feeling helpless. Enduring agony and emotional anguish often prompts us to relinquish our practical goals. In our fervent aspiration, we develop naturally with the comforting belief in God's divine authority in determining the clear distinction between good fortune and misfortune. God's supremacy is not solely a reassuring prospect that we will not experience any suffering in the afterlife but rather, all occurrences on earth are governed by His unwavering commitment as a covenant-keeping God who oversees life and death. Our tendency to face practical difficulties in the world due to our own limited understanding causes us to feel threatened by the uncompromising expression of cursing and blessing. This is a result of our erroneous belief in our autonomy. However, the saints possess the conviction that they have the ability to navigate the contradiction of good and evil through their own inherent strength.Authentic freedom involves relinquishing our individual autonomy to manage our lives reasonably, and instead submitting to the act of pronouncing blessings and curses. This is achieved by allowing God to consume our understanding of justice, resulting in the transmission of life as a valuable by-product. By channeling our anger through God's righteous indignation and acknowledging the significant disparity between our level of control and God's control, we align ourselves with God's ideal line of blessing and cursing. The saints who attain this level of enlightenment are liberated from the task of managing their lives.
