In my view, individuals have limited personal control over their lives, which has led me to adopt a straightforward approach to my daily routine. My primary goal is to prioritize my emotional well-being above all else, recognizing that any additional accomplishments are secondary. By maintaining a singular focus, I am able to maintain a sense of detachment from any challenges that may arise, thereby avoiding excessive stress.Following an extended period of contemplating this perspective, it became apparent to me that I habitually derived pleasure from life as if I were partaking in a celebratory event. As it is commonly recognized, such gatherings are typically unencumbered by significant issues that hinder the appreciation of the present moment.While my public conduct may have lacked consideration in terms of my interactions with others, my private utilization of the Psalms was marked by an intense pursuit of establishing a utopian society. My objective was to eliminate harmful attitudes and to identify any cognitive processes that could potentially confine those within my inner circle.When I did not feel that I had sufficient freedom in my interpersonal interactions, I felt compelled to express myself with greater intensity in private environments. Despite the potential risks associated with speaking out in these settings, I found it necessary to do so. Through implementing certain practices, I have since been able to cultivate a greater sense of communal freedom in my interactions.
