The Psalmist is teaching that our only hope of being secure in this ideal world is knowing God. If we genuinely enjoy God then we are constantly receiving a divine blessing. Consequently, the essential question is why do we feel so timid in this chaotic world? One possible reason for our timidity is that we do not have a strong understanding of God's role in our lives. The world is in a state of turmoil because of the sin and corruption that has existed since the beginning of time. When Adam fell into sin, he began redefining God's word, which started a domino effect of humans ruining the world through violence and other sinful actions. This has been passed down through generations, and we are now born into a world that is the complete opposite of what it was intended to be.The world we live in is full of hidden dangers and violence, which often necessitate our seeking protection from small, powerless gods. However, this does not bring us the security that we are promised by law and other established institutions. Instead, it leaves us vulnerable and exposed. Through the axioms, God has spoken with the remarkable foresight that we would face a world full of dangers and properly protected us. We apply the effective defense and the successful offense to shield ourselves from the dangers of this upside-down world. There is a lot of corruption and injustice in the world, with evil often being rewarded and good punished. This is because the rich profit by unjust means. However, God designed us to dominate the earth, so we naturally want to prosper in this world.Since we are constantly interacting with those who are wicked, we cannot prevent them from examining us and our business dealings. Since the world is turned upside down, we must use evil to sufficiently advance our own prosperity. Because God has given us the ability to use our own weaknesses for our own good, we can pronounce curses that exploit those weaknesses. In other words, we can use guilt and sorrow to express our anger in a way that is both legitimate and helpful to us. We cannot sweep the leaven out of the filthy house by our particular strength. We must pronounce the axioms to remove all the present particles. God has delivered us the offensive ability to pronounce death on all relentless opposition. In order to be successful in this world, we must constantly renew ourselves. We must be careful not to envy the things that other people have, because this would lead to stagnation. Evil is less of a threat than leaven, because it is temporary and can be eliminated. In the old testament, if you were to completely eliminate the threat of destruction from your home, you would go through every room and remove any trace of leaven. You would meticulously clean the private house from top to bottom to prevent the appearance of evil. He is teaching that the presence of evil in this world makes it impossible to prevent the appearance of evil. Because we must interact in a society turned upside down, we are always in danger of accusations from our side of the interaction. The problem is we may not deliberately enter into an alliance of evil with the wicked, but we cannot prevent the appearance of evil because we may be deceived. In His incarnation, Christ had to live among wicked men, but He did not allow their wickedness to affect Him. By living a perfect life and then sacrificing His life, Christ declared us righteous before God. We are no longer condemned because of our sin, and now we can live in a way that is pleasing to God.
