In order to effectively address our mental and moral problems, it is crucial to biblicize our understanding of God. By consistently directing our attention towards God and contemplating how we fit into this understanding, we can make progress in our endeavors to conquer these obstacles. By deeply engaging with sacred texts and reflecting on the merciful character of God, we can discover solace and stability within ourselves. This method allows us to achieve a state of equilibrium and serenity in our day-to-day existence.
