Eternal salvation is not something that we can earn by playing a game where God punishes our sin. Outside of Christ, God is full of rage and wrath. Our sin does not give us the right to take glory from Christ, who experienced that rage vicariously. If God held our sin against us, we would be bitterly cursed with His intense rage. So when we sin grievously, let us sincerely thank Christ. Too often people think of salvation as something good that happens to them, or as having a good life. But that is extremely shallow. Who cares if I get good feelings from doing something good? Salvation is about so much more than that.This is not worth trusting. What is good is what God does. Other people's opinions of me are unlimited and meaningless. If I tried to liberate myself, I would never be delivered. But God appreciates me better than myself and He consistently performs a finished job delivering me. God in Christ is raging fiercely at the possible opposition. Christ undoubtedly remain the sole hope of miraculously escaping the terrible judgement as a pitiable object of terrible curses. God is either cursing the wicked or cursing the wicked opposition to Christ. Not even the smallest corruption escapes our pronounced defense in eternal curses. Gods substitution steadfastly maintains infinite value that justly demands infinite defense.What eternal salvation really is, is the most important object of infinite blessing for those who are saints in Christ. Your eternal salvation is beyond anything that you could ever imagine, and it is defended by infinite curses. Eternal salvation is being miraculously saved by justification that satisfactorily proves sanctification. I'm not competent to achieve good works. I don't need to feel good about myself because I did something. I feel worthy because He did it all for me. Jesus said there was no one good but God. You positively enhance an exceptional child of God when you help them to understand what eternal salvation really is.If you change the way God is portrayed as being angry at the wicked, you are engaging in political salvation, something that you only have control over for something in the minor saint. The moral point of pronouncing infinite curses is to teach us that eternal salvation is in God's hands and beyond human control. I spoke eternal curses that I could never experience satisfaction from. I was driven beyond human responses to active opposition. God issued us eternal salvation that has no human limits. The divine justice of God surpasses the political justice in this heathen world. Your loss is swallowed up in eternal curses.
