We rejected the idea that God is responsible for the evil in the world because it seemed like a way to justify inaction or living in ignorance. Instead, we believe that there is evil caused by humans and their actions. The Almighty knows what atrocities are being committed and where they are being committed with intent. When someone claims that evil is controllable, they are separated from the anger and tension it can produce. There is no answer to this question as it depends on what people mean by "aiming". Our aim is to intentionally reach our goals. This is what happens when God desires something in someone's life- such as salvation or sanctification. This means that God deliberately takes pleasure in causing someone to sin, in order to bring them closer to Himself. He looks at critical wrongdoing with a clear, unbiased perspective, His goal being to bring those He loves closer to Himself. There is no specific moment when God wages a heroic battle against evil, as it occurs at different points in time depending on what is happening. God always knows what's happening before it happens, so He can intervene before evil takes hold. Indeed, even though we are limited by the constraints of definite time, we feel the power of this reality in a deep way.God knows everything that has ever happened, including what happened before He created it. Nothing can thwart God's plans or stop Him from taking care of things on His own. There is a profound sense of disgust in how He handles things that are in His control. No matter how long the history of the earth lasts, God is always powerful and complimentary. Why do we each receive the blessings and challenges we do in life? One reason we choose to stand up and fight is because we want to show our strength and resolve. We are willing to fight for our beliefs and values, no matter what the cost. We want our opponents to have a real challenge. We don't want them to get the easy victory. Why do we struggle with the tension between good and evil?If there is a large enough difference between the two groups, it can take control and do critical wrongs. Where there is order and a natural hierarchy, people are less likely to do harm to one another. The destructive power of evil is the same as a small spark being eagerly consumed by an unstoppable fire. God's commanding presence is an undeniable reality, as we were all present when his kingdom arrived eternally. There was no need for anyone to rebel against this, as it was all part of God's consistent plan. Grace tears down any misguided ideas that stand in the way of God's will.We can see clearly how these tensions would be difficult to resolve because we are all tainted by our own selfishness and the bitter curse of pragmatism.
