God created the most beautiful things in a garden and endowed them with perfect order. God created the angelic heaven as a helpful tool to help Him manage the legal affairs of the world. The heaven is the rightful home of God, but He has created the earth for human beings to live on as the perfect place to judge. As the Three-in-One God is united in Himself, He efficiently created intelligent humans in His divine likeness so that He could intimately unite Himself with them. To create dependable man, God combined the coherence of the universe with the human capacity for self-sacrifice. God designed man with a unique blend of traits so that the universe would remain coherent, no matter what happened. All the animals that live in peace were carefully designed with the intention of maintaining a legal system in mind. God created an intricate pathway to heaven in the form of eternal laws, agreements, curses, and decrees. These statutes and pledges help make the climb up to heaven possible. When God created man and entrusted him with his own life, he gave him the ability to reason and to make decisions based on the principles of natural law. In the Garden of Eden where man lived, he had to be respectful and fair to the other creatures there, including the aggressive angel who guarded the garden's entrance. He named the different plants and animals, making the garden more interesting and informative. Through progressive revelation the advanced nationality and rational capabilities of the Israeli people were greatly beneficial to the country's governance, which was composed of reliable executive, judicial and legislative agencies. God is inseparably united with human beings by our shared responsibility for administering the world in an equitable and just manner. This means that God must always be legally responsible for administering the world with sensitivity to both divine justice and social equity. To make man dependable and trustworthy in social situations, he must have absolute power. Only by allowing man to flourish in his own domain can true happiness be achieved. However, if the orderly management of the world on earth were not trustworthy for the systematic defiance of salvation, then God would be accused of betrayal. Consequently, He satisfactorily constituted dependable administrations in each rational man by the authoritative pronouncements of conscionable law, agreements, curses, eternal decrees, authorizing statutes, and pledges to constitute legal civilization in the diversity function in absolute harmony.
