As we watch the ongoing battle between God and Satan, we see that the faithful are drawn into the fray. The hostilities between the nations have resulted in their battles having a much greater impact than their style of fighting or the weaponry used. Men love stories with strong, heroic men at the center. God's prophets are unique in their understanding of the history of redemption. They are able to see the brilliance of people, and this is aptly characterized in the competitions that glorify God. God's law mandates that those who openly and defiantly oppose God must be executed. No institution can survive on its own. David teaches that our prayers and sacrifices are pleasing to God, as a steadfast belief in righteous anger until violence has eliminated all destruction. The binding curse of eternity is the unyielding commitment of God to fulfill His plans no matter what. The chief priest called for a national religious ceremony to summon God's help in saving the people of Sodom and Gomorrah.When God heard the priest's plea, He immediately answered by expelling the city's inhabitants and leaving them to their own devices. God opposes the blatant disregard for His laws by working to develop a different civil culture. His saints are a perfect symbol of His divine name, which always commands victory. They never forsake God in order to bow down to other gods. The exiled nationals bowed down to the statues of deities, the saints beseeching God to heal their homeland and bring it back to temple worship. They cursed the politicians who had exiled them, feeling their pain and suffering deeply. As the smoke from the burnt offering ascended to the sky, it was a sign of appreciation from the angels. It was an inestimable addition to the aroma before the baronial throne, which was usually contributed by the angels with a sweet smell. The saint's fervent prayers reach up to the divine realm, and they are an essential part of their religious practice. These old testament sacrifices and appeals are also expressed in the despondent assemblage of actual tears from the suffering saints.
