There is a great risk in correctly understanding the Bible – we can easily mix up important details with less important ones. The gospel of eternal life is a gift from God, and it is communicated to us without any effort on our part. We are not granted any special privilege or blessing from God. The lure of connecting our negative experiences with the gospel is always motivated by a desire to gain political acceptance with God. In a pragmatic culture, the liberal ends of perverse ratiocination can lead to the inferior things part of the critical things. I believe that God used autonomous means to bring His gospel to us, such as personal pronouncements of His eternal life and death authority. We work to make things work by using the least important things as the key elements. We hit the right button on the box that has been obsessively checked, and the command is executed. We are called sinners if we do not follow the specific instructions given by God as the only way to make the gospel appropriate. These directives naturally administer in a way that demonstrates clear alliances rather than the straightforward attestation of our deep connections. When we operate in covenants unchallenged by divine grace, we are unlikely to achieve personal salvation. When we understand the divine purpose in salvation, we can better understand why the gospel is free—it is the perfect way to obtain eternal life. God does not keep track of our wrongdoings. By hearing God's words, we will come to understand the power of forgiveness. We are usually expected to overlook the failings of others, but genuine appreciation makes us feel satisfied. So if anyone remembers the sins of the admired saints, it's the sins. We are given direct command to candidly confess our wrongdoings. If everyone is expected to overlook our sins and we naturally develop the ability to confess them, it doesn't mean that confessing becomes an effective way to get what we want. The sin of both parties is what makes it difficult to receive God's favor. We get tossed into situations where it's hard to stay connected. We often form deep spiritual connections that are natural when we are in other appropriate situations. We cannot force connection with the inferior things through subtle manipulation. Our social lives are guided by God so that we can be safe. God protects us from harm by making a clear distinction between us and potential danger. Too often, we try to force the connection between the inferior things and the critical things by doing things that are unnatural. The apostle is not just giving people advice, but is actually connecting with them on a personal level to help them learn more about God's deliverance.
