Ps 25 14 The LORD confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them.15 My eyes are ever on the LORD, for only he will release my feet from the snare." Some responsible people think that teaching self-denial is wrong. They think that it's not effective because it can lead to people becoming too thin or too busy. Sometimes it is taught that self-denial is a bad thing because it means that God will not allow us to have what we want. We may have been enslaved to sin in our former life, and that's why we have to learn to understand it. Our old will doesn't reflect our true wishes. We have not consciously sought God or thought about God. We made bad choices because we didn't have a connection with God. We had to make choices even though we don't like them, because our view of God was wrong. We couldn't fix the problems we had with our godless will on our own. The Psalms tell us that the old life was much worse than we could have ever imagined. In the old life, there was darkness and fear. But now, in the new life, we have hope and love. Intentionally changing our basic identity means that we must understand it from a deep spiritual mystery. We can't do it just because we think we should be able to. The gospel message isn't just about personal salvation. It's about helping others find salvation, too. The Bible provides accurate information that helps us understand the pagan world in a way that conflicts with our normal way of thinking and behaving. How can a person change by forgetting himself? How does the infamous sinner, who wants to truly change radically, do so by inevitably abandoning the will at stake? How can a sinner live in peace in a world where he knows he is no longer guilty before God? How can God be holy and still have people who sin? We face a significant challenge. If we take care of our moral obligations and express our disappointment in our anxious attempts to deal adequately with these moral problems, we will become like a soldier watching a peaceful night and should remain withcompletely calm and peaceful, so that he does not remind the attacker. ready to attack in time. If he makes a mistake, he will let his opponents know and they will be ready to attack. We learn how to control our anger and frustrations by fighting against the enemies that live inside us. God made things the way they are naturally, and if we don't live in the Holy Mystery, we'll get caught up in old enemies and the tension they cause will increase. The path ahead is a dangerous one, and there are people on both sides of it who are trying to hurt you. But the best way to get to your destination is to walk carefully and not look to the right or left. The renewed desires help you to have a peaceful mind, which is in agreement with what God wants for your great success. 37 4 Delight yourself in the LORD and him will give you the desires of your heart.103 5 who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.145 19 Our old will was much weaker than we thought. But our new will is much stronger than we ever imagined. We can understand this intuitively by understanding it at an operational level. There is a big difference between the mysterious world and how significant things seem to us. There are two ways that people can be rewarded in life- one is with a long life, and the other is with a happy, healthy life. But there is also a third way- with a defending curse. We can get a glimpse of this understanding by looking at how the person reacts when they are asked a difficult question. By God fulfilling our desires, we are freed from having to worry about them. This is a way to keep track of what's important to us, so we can walk confidently and know what we're working towards.
