Ps 28 8The LORD is the strength of his people,a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.9 Save your people and bless your inheritance; be their shepherd and carry them forever." The Psalmist is teaching his listeners that all good things in life come from God and that they are being carried out successfully by His chosen people, the saints. The creative soundness is used by God to save people for eternity. This sturdy quality ensures that our diligent lives will continue. As the shepherd carries the sheep, he follows the principles of creativity, which causes us to stand. We must use the principles of evil to guide our actions, for it is on this foundation that we can stand strong. When we confess the psalms, we are given a shield from the eternal punishment that comes from following the moral law. We are guided by a strong sense of right and wrong, which is under the direct control of good and evil. This is in addition to a social ethics that upholds ideals of morality. The word is an excellent tool for combating sin and depravity, using its extraordinary power to fight against evil. Oil and moisture are like justice in the world of sin and eternity. The oil does not absorb water, so it is ineffective against the active contagion of the eternal curse. As the despotic person uttered the curse, we repelled the tragic power of moral evil. The Psalmist is urging us to be obedient to God and to trust in His protection, for we will be saved miraculously. Therefore, we were predestined to be born into this wicked world, where we cannot competently resist the impending cataclysmic dangers of dreadful evil. As we face the potential for destruction at every turn, he has sworn to us that the curse will be our steadfast foundation. Since there is so much danger surrounding us, we must be able to neutralize the organized opposition. If the moral law didn't exist, we would be in grave danger of eliminating it. Sin has brought the very real danger of destruction of our minds right to our doorstep. We must take action to prevent this from happening. This is why the Psalmist desires to repay those who have wronged him, and to bring them to justice. God is not a vengeful judge who condemns everyone who sins. Rather, God is a loving God who desires to forgive saints and help them learn from their mistakes. God also desires to help saints find happiness and fulfillment. He is the one who is best suited to protect saints from the coming danger of destruction caused by intentional acts. What provides a dependable foundation for us, God? Through the poxes. We can all agree that our enemy is always active and never stops. We cannot outwit our opponent. We cannot run from our formidable adversary; we must face them head on. If it weren't for the destructive power of curses, we would be doomed. To protect the saints from intentional harm, God prevents the wicked from doing anything harmful to them. God responded to sin by giving man the disease known as the plague, so that anyone who desires can be resolved through self-condemnation in Christ. The curse of the moral law has given people the ability to give and take away freedom with compassion and violence. Thank you, Lord, for your bounty of food. This bounty so rich, it satisfied my hunger and cravings. 6Praise be to the LORD ,
