Ps 65 We're filled with the good effects of your house, of your holy tabernacle.
5 You answer us with stupendous deeds of righteousness, O God our Savior.
The stopgap of all the ends of the earth" The Psalmist is tutoring that we're unfit in ourselves to satisfy our own requirements. Our spiritual health is dependent upon the Gods eternal knowledge and order. We must look outside of ourselves as we face numerous trials. We can not depend upon our wisdom and sweats to heal our spiritual and physical injuries. The Psalmist is complaining about his incapability to control the power of sin as one sin piles up upon another. 3 "When we were overwhelmed by sins, you forgave our transgressions." Before we were saved the law produced guilt by the curse. We endured the negative consequences in our experience of guilt, shame and fear. The destructive power of the curse drove us to despond. God had to expel man from the garden and negotiate the work of redemption to restore him as God blessed him with authority over the earth. God had to reestablish His government by acting according to absolute justice and righteousness. God created all effects to work together in pronouncing Godly creation according to law, covenants, comprehensive statutes, eternal decrees, curses and pledges. Because of the fall the cultivated world was cast into functional complaint. Gods redemption wasn't only directed toward mans sin and sanctioned corruption but it averted the dethroning of God over all effects in Who is conduct are always justified and righteous. God had ordered sin and corruption before He produced the world. The sole stopgap of being restored to our native authority was grounded in Gods indigenous obligation in the form of a covenant. That really being the creation covenant. This is why God has given us His pronouncements to establish His justice and righteous through the words that produced further than a repairing of us when we're injured by sin and corruption. These authoritative pronouncements are spoken according to Gods authority by painstakingly restoring the concinnity and order in renewing all effects. These pronouncements are given for Gods people to overcome all sensible and spiritual opposition We're tutored that our struggle with sin signals us to the overwhelming strength of the curse. This is why the Psalmist doesn't place his confidence in his own concession of sin. Rather, we see the sin motivates the Psalmist to mistrust his own wisdom in speaking the pronouncements. This new discipline of pronouncing the legal arguments to establish perfect justice and righteous consumes the Psalmist despair from no way being free of the goods of the curse in this life. Rather of sin adding to the Psalmist despair, he implements the sin to consume the destructive power of guilt and shame in both rising up in the blessing or going down in the curse. Gods perfect justice and righteousness is pronounced in cursing the corrupted curse in the use of His ideal law. This discipline of pronouncing that God has established in prostrating all opposition remain the indigenous language that established the order and the beauty of Gods creation. This is why after the Psalmist directly states his legal complaint of the power of sin, points to the established order of creation in which God has established His legal authority in the recreation. Through the creation pronouncements the Psalmist is given the extraordinary capability to overcome all opposition as he's led out of himself in the language of God entering the justified praise that brings about the favor of God. We're responsible to duly speak to God in the sense of the authoritative pronouncements for God to be pleased in entering the praise that He deserves. The proper exalting of God in the pronouncements bears us home in how we're to relate to God and His creation.5 stopgap of all the ends of the earth 6"who formed the mountains by your power 7 who stilled the roaring of the swell 8 where morning dawns and evening fades you call forth songs of joy.9 You watch for the land 9 The aqueducts of God are filled with water to give the people with grain 11 You cap the time with your bounty, In neglecting the pronouncements we don't unite our solicitations with God to please God in our conduct by cheering Him on according to His standard of the creation covenant.
